How can I be confident about the quality & freshness?
Each morning we source fresh produce specifically to satisfy the day’s orders.
All produce is purchased direct from the source each morning at market.
We have a partner based in Sydney Flemington Markets who works directly with the growers to attain top tier restaurant quality fruit, vegies and herbs each morning.
All fish is bought at auction at the Sydney Fish Market daily. Our experienced fish preparers then expertly skin, fillet and portion control (cut and vacuum pack) the catch to order.
All meat and chicken is also portion controlled to order each morning.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $40.00.
Orders can be made up across as many produce types as you wish (i.e. a mix of fruit, vegies, fish, seafood, meat, chicken, eggs, etc, etc).

Do I have to order by the Box?
No, you pick your own items and quantities and we make up your order exactly as you have specified.
Or, we have just introduced a $60.00 mixed fruit and vegie box, if you wold prefer to not have to order specifically.We choose only the freshest in season local produce for the mixed box, so you are guaranteed to have a fantastic variety of delicious fruit and vegies with this option.

Will I receive an itemized bill?
Yes. When you place your order an itemized invoice showing individual prices will automatically be emailed to your designated email address.

How and when do I pay?
Upon placing your order, you will be taken to a PayPal page which will process your payment on completion of your order. Payment is accepted via Debit or Credit card.

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders over $60.00.
Deliveries under $60 will incur a $6 delivery fee.


What if I can’t find a product I’m looking for?
If you are unable to find a product, please feel free to contact us and we will look into sourcing this product for you.

 
Will I get a discount if I refer people I know to use your service?
Yes! We have a Referrals Incentives Scheme. Receive 25% off your next order for every referral!

Recycling?
Please leave any of our boxes out on the morning of delivery and we will remove and recycle them.

When’s the latest I can place my order?
We close orders 7:00pm the evening prior to your respective delivery day. Please check our delivery schedule to see when we are in your area. You can order well in advance too.
